Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Email our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and the reason for the return.
- 2.Verification and Approval
Our team will review your request; for coffee quality issues, please include the batch number found on the back of the bag for our quality control team.
- 3.Secure Packaging
Pack the unused items or equipment in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our roastery.
- 4.Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
